PMEL Advisory Centre is a regional consultancy and advisory firm specializing in Programme Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, Learning, Organizational Development, and Capacity Strengthening across East Africa and the wider African region.
The Centre is composed of a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team of resident consultants, technical experts, and research specialists with strong expertise in development and humanitarian programming. Our team has extensive experience supporting INGOs, NGOs, government agencies, UN bodies, and civil society organizations in delivering high-quality research, evaluations, and development consultancy services.
We provide end-to-end technical support in programme design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, applying rigorous methodologies, advanced data systems, and innovative approaches to ensure efficiency, accountability, and measurable results.
